1. Our Contract
These Terms and Conditions govern the supply of goods sold by USAFline to the customer named on the order form provided on the usafline.com website. Together with the completed order form, these Terms and Conditions constitute the entire and only agreement between us in relation thereto. Our acceptance of your order by delivery of the goods constitutes a legally binding contract between us on these terms and conditions.
2. Price and Payment
2.1 The price payable for the goods you order is as set out on our website at the time you place your order. Where any pricing errors are made, they will be notified to you and you have the option to either cancel your order or accept the correct price, plus any charges for carriage set out in the order form.
2.2 We must receive payment for the whole of the price of the goods you order, and any applicable charges for carriage and insurance, before your order can be accepted unless we have agreed otherwise in advance, in writing.
2.3 Whilst the website quotes the price of the goods in various currencies (primarily Pound Sterling, US Dollars and Euros), this is a guide only. Paypal and Credit/Debit Card payments will be charged in Pounds Sterling at an exchange rate set out by the acquiring banks.
2.4 We only accept Payments in Pounds Sterling. Orders and Payment placed in other currencies will be translated into Pounds Sterling at the exchange rate set out by the acquiring banks.
2.4 No Credit will be given. All orders must be paid in full before we start preparation of orders for shipping.
All orders will be posted using Royal Mail services. Orders outside the United Kingdom or Europe will be sent using a "Tracked" or "Tracked and Signed For" service, and this service may also be offered for orders placed within the United Kingdom or Europe. A valid signature may be required on collection or delivery. Immediately prior to dispatch of the goods to you, title in the goods will pass to you. In the unlikely event that you have not received all the goods within 21 working days (UK) and 30 working days (Worldwide) of the date of delivery, you must notify us so that we can attempt to trace the order.

4. Sending Prohibited Goods
It is the Purchaser's responsibility to check with their local Postal Operator to confirm if any items being purchased are classed as Prohibited Goods within the country to where the order is being shipped. If you have purchased an item which is classed as a Prohibited Good and it is not delivered, we cannot offer a refund. However, if the item is returned to USAFline for this reason, we will refund the value of the items returned minus any shipping/packing cost.
All of our products listed as available for sale are held in stock. As many of our products are reliant on provision of components by subcontractors, there may be significant delays in available of certain products. Therefore, we do not offer a "pre-order" service. If we have insufficient stock (due to stock-taking or other errors) we will refund you the price paid for such goods as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days.
6. Cancellation and Returns
6.1 You may attempt to cancel your order by contacting us within three working days of the order. Such notice must be given by emailing to our contact address. If the order has already been dispatched, we reserve the right to reject the Cancellation request.
6.2 Return of goods will be accepted in the event that they are faulty or are damaged in transit. In these cases, we will meet the cost of return. For United Kingdom orders we will provide a return label by email. For overseas orders we will refund the cost of return up to the original cost of shipping the item.
6.3 Any order placed that has been correctly supplied by USAFline.com will not be and is subsequently not required can be returned to us unused, subject to a restocking fee of 25%. The cost of return carriage/shipping must be paid by the customer.
6.4 Any item we have listed as Special Order cannot be returned for a refund.
If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, nor is it intended to exclude our liability to you for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence.
We may suspend further supply or delivery, stop any goods in transit or terminate our contract by notice in writing to you if you are in breach of an obligation hereunder or you become unable to pay your debts when they fall due or proceedings are commenced by or against you alleging bankruptcy or insolvency. Upon termination, your indebtedness to us becomes immediately due and payable and we shall be under no further obligation to supply goods to you.
9. Force Majeure
We shall have no liability to you for any failure or delay in supply or delivery or for any damage or defect to goods supplied or delivered hereunder that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control (including, without limitation, strikes, lockouts and other industrial disputes).
If any part of these conditions is invalid, illegal or unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the validity, legality or enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected. This contract shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with English law.
11. Age Requirements for Specific Goods
Where the law requires a minimum age limit for the purchase of specific goods, you confirm that you are over the required age limit and that delivery will be accepted by a person over the required age limit.
Everything on this site, from the photographs and graphics to the text of these terms, is either owned by us or used by us with someone else's permission. By using our site, you do not obtain any rights with respect to any of the materials on our site. Whilst your may view the site and print hard copies of anything on it for your own personal use, you are not allowed to copy or use anything on our site for any other purpose, such as any business or commercial use. In addition, you are not allowed to modify, distribute or re-post anything on our site for any purpose at all unless we tell you otherwise. We also include trade marks and logos of third parties. We have used these marks for the purpose of identifying a particular product as that of its owner.
